The separate sitting room has a comfortable sofa (converts to a double bed) in front of an electric fireplace.  A kitchenette area includes Keurig coffee maker and tea kettle, sink, refrigerator, and microwave. In warm weather, guests can enjoy their private screened-in porch with direct access to the back garden area.
